Richard gets energy from seeing brands and businesses succeed with their display network business goals, helping structure winning go-to-market strategies and from seeing those he has helped win new customers and expand existing ones.

Richard understands software and has co-founded and completed a successful trade sale of a digital signage company with a customer portfolio of well-known retailers, to a Swedish tech group.
​
Richard is driven by people and technology and creating simple yet intelligent solutions. He has established relationships with multiple Nordic companies as well as companies across UK, Europe, America and Asia.
​
​Richard has been the Chief Operating Officer of Dise, a SaaS company and part of the NASDAQ listed Vertiseit Group, responsible for all external facing parts of the business including the Sales and Support departments.
​
He was also the Global Head of Sales for Dise, delivering above forecast increases in ARR and managing the global partner network with an end customer portfolio of over 950 big brands including M&S, Lamborghini, L’Oreal, WHSmith & Hong Kong Mass Transport Railway.
​
Richard has experience of both sides of M&A and has a 1st in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
​
Richard has a love of the ocean, exploration and meeting new people.
